• No cancellation, alteration or refund is allowed.

• Deal shall be redeemed on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.
• Yes Master! respects and is committed to the protection of intellectual property law of Hong Kong and does not sell counterfeit or pirate goods.
• Our business partners assure the products are genuine and Yes Master! serves as a trading platform and does not involve in the after-sales and maintenance services.  “Business Partners” refers to the merchants and suppliers of the products selling of our website.
• Unless otherwise specified, Yes Master! does not produce or serve as product’s sellers or suppliers or the merchandise.
• Yes Master! is only responsible for managing and administering the site, arranging order processing. Customers are requested to fulfil the product receiving process at the designated store of the merchants. 
• When Customer places an order, the Customer is making an offer to buy from the supplier the merchandise you have specified at the price stated for those merchandise.  The Customer cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted, even if our acceptance or rejection of the order is still pending.
• Any goods sold cannot be returned or refunded.
• *In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• Information contained on the Web Site constitutes an invitation to treat.  No such information constitutes an offer to supply this product by us.
• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase from us this product you have selected on these terms and conditions.
• After receiving your order, we shall check the information you provide for validity. We also verify the pricing, quantity and current stock status of the purchased product. We reserve the right to decline any order submitted and/or limit the product quantities purchased by you, without giving any reason. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will receive notification of order cancellation.
• Notwithstanding any indication given by the system, the acceptance of order is at the sole discretion of us and subject to availability.
• If we accept your order, we will send you by email a confirmation of acceptance in respect of all purchased product(s).  The order confirmation will be effective on sending.
• We encourage you to make enquiry on price, quantity and current stock status with us prior to placing your order.
